s@myemail is a solution developed by VIA Consulting, which enables the issuing and sending of the Client´s current account electronic statements (and any other accounts that may have electronic statements) via secure email. The s@myemail solution provides user exits and connectors for integration with various Core Banking Systems.

• Current account electronic statement subscription, via secure email:
  • Statement frequency
  • Service activation dates (start and end)
  • Inclusion of banners for each type of statement requested
• Service activation and PIN assignment for accessing the statement
• Ability to request, via email and after opening a statement, a new statement, containing details of account movements between the date of the received statement and the request for new statement
• Collection of service subscription fees and/or from statement issuing

The s@myemail solution/application allows upgrades and adjustments according to each institution’s needs and specific requirements.
